Precision Pro’s New GPS Golf Band receives Rave Reviews from Golf Digest Stix, GolfWRX and Hacker’s Paradise

(Cincinnati, OH) – August 16, 2016 – Precision Pro Golf’s new GPS GOLF BAND is the future of distance. It is the thinnest, lightest, most comfortable GPS wearable available and has caught the attention of independent reviewers from three of the largest golf platforms around, Golf Digest Stix, GolfWRX.com and Hacker’s Paradise, just to mention a few. On August 3rd, Golf Digest Stix featured the GPS Golf Band, Mike Stachura of Golf Digest wrote: “Not all golfers want to wear a GPS watch to play golf, especially if they don’t wear a watch in the first place. One alternative available in the GPS watch landscape is the Precision Pro GPS Band. Weighing just 1.2 ounces or well less than half of traditional golf GPS watches, the less bulky Precision Pro GPS Band brings GPS course information for some 35,000 preloaded courses.” Click on the link to see the GPS Band featured in Golf Digest Stix Evan Bartley of GolfWRX.com had this to say in his review of Precision Pro’s GPS Golf Band, “I recently had the opportunity to test the Precision Pro GPS Golf Band, although I normally don’t use GPS-style rangefinders on the course. I usually prefer to use a laser rangefinder, because it gives precise distances to targets I choose rather than specific targets already chosen for me. However, the features on this band proved very useful and provided distances that were right on par with a laser rangefinder. The band is also very compact and light enough (about 1 oz.) so that it didn’t interfere with my swing.” James Miles of Hacker’s Paradise was impressed with...

Nexbelt Tour Staff Professional Jim Furyk Shoots 58 Lowest Round in PGA TOUR history at the Travelers Championship

(RANCHO CUCAMONGA) – Nexbelt Tour Staff Professional, Jim Furyk, made history on the PGA TOUR this past weekend at the Travelers Championship held at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, CT. Following a round of 72 on Saturday, Furyk went to the range at TPC River Highlands to try and fix a swing issue that had him frustrated and perplexed. “I felt like someone else leaped into my body and was making the swing,” Furyk said of his round. “I wasn’t hitting the ball solid. I think I hit 12 drivers yesterday, hit the ball in the fairway five times. That’s just not — that’s not my — that’s my strength, so to turn that around and make it a weakness is the reason I shot a couple over par.” Furyk made a call to the only swing instructor he’s ever worked with: his dad, Mike Furyk. Jim spoke to his dad and sent him a video of his swing. After working on a shorter backswing, it appeared that a “fix” had been found. “I looked at [the video] and was kind of a little shocked at how short it looked,” Furyk said. “The club was probably more in that position. I sent it off to my dad and said, does this look too short, and he looked at it and said, not at all. In fact, he said a couple nice things to me, you look like you’re really in good balance. It looks like everything is working together a lot better than what you were explaining before. He said, I think it looks great. With this new...
